Share Your Plans and Grow Your Impact

Our planned giving program was started in 2021 through a generous gift from our long-time board member Michael Niggli, in concert with his wife, Linda Niggli. The Niggli’s put $250,000 into a trust to ensure Great Basin National Park would have the support needed to continue dark sky preservation and innovative educational programs for years to come. The Niggli’s aim to inspire others to create planned gifts, whether large or small, inspiring a community of leaders to ensure the Park’s future.

If you have or would like to include the Great Basin National Park Foundation in your estate plans, please reach out to us! With your permission, we would like to showcase your gift, helping inspire others to join you in looking ahead to the Park’s future.
